2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt

1. brown ground beef
2. add all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour

NOTE: You may cook in oven after everything is mixed or you can use your crockpot.
