- 1 - 8oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup - mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup - finely grated carrot
- 1 tsp - finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp - finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tbsp - finely chopped celery

- 1 loaf of rye, or your favorite bread

Directions:

- beat cream cheese, mayonnaise until smooth
- fold in remaining ingredients
- spread tbsp or so on piece of bread to make a sandwich

makes enough for a loaf of bread

serve, or put in fridge to serve later
