- 2 lbs - lean ground beef
- 3-4 - good sized mushrooms - chopped
- 1 - onion - chopped
- 1 - red pepper - chopped
- 2-3 tbsp - chili powder
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- 500gr - 1% cottage cheese
- 1 package of medium sized tortillas- 10-12
- 1/2 medium sized jar salsa
- 1 1/2- 2 cups - shredded skim milk mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 F

- grease Pyrex baking dish
- brown beef, add chili powder, mushrooms, onion, pepper, garlic.
- stir in cottage cheese
- drop tablespoonfuls of meat mixture onto tortillas
- wrap, place in baking dish
- top with salsa, cheese
- bake for approximately 45 minutes

- Serve with fat free sour cream and a tossed salad
