3 boneless-skinless chicken breasts
1/2 lb. snow peas
1 c. carrot, julienne cut
1 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti or Chinese noodles
1 1/4 - 2 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. water
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 T. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. bean sprouts

1. Cut chicken into small strips.
2. Heat large sauce pan to boiling. Add snow peas, carrots and pasta. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes, until pasta is al-dente. Remove from heat and drain.
3. Mix corn starch, sugar and water. Mix remaining ingredients stirring together with cornstarch mixture.
4. Spray non-stick skillet or wok and heat over medium heat. Add chicken, cooking until white. Stir in all remaining ingredients continuing to cook another 2 minutes.
