1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. milk
3 slices white bread

Glaze:
1 c. apricot preserves
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in one cup of milk. Add eggs, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well. Add to ham and pork. Mix again. Form into 6 to 8 loaves. Bake at 300º for 45 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients together well. Pour over tops of loaves and bake at 350º until golden brown.
