1 can tomato soup undiluted
1 c water
1/4 c flour
2 lbs stew beef cut in 1" pieces
3 med carrots cut in 1" pieces
6 white boiling onions
4 med potatoes cut in 1" pieces
1/2 c celery cut in 1" pieces
12 whole mushrooms
2 beef oxo
2 tbsp Italian Herb Seasoning
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in the bottom of roasting pan.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir, cover and bake 4 to 5 hours at 275.
