2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. soda

Icing:
1 t. vanilla
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar, flour, and salt together in large bowl. Set aside. In a heavy pan, bring butter, water, and cocoa to a boil. Mix together eggs, sour milk, vinegar, and soda. Add to boiled mixture. Mix in dry ingredients, pour into greased 10 x 15" cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.

For frosting, bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil. Add powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla. Cool and frost cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
