4 cups water
1/4 cup salt
2 cups clean pumpkin seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and soak for 24 hours at room temp; mix several times.
Drain seeds. Place foil on cookie sheet and lightly grease. Place seeds in a single layer and bake at 200 1-2 hrs, tossing a couple of times till seeds get white and dried out. Take out of oven and cool on cookie sheet. Store in covered container. Enjoy
