Ingredients:  
- 13 cups - tomatoes- peeled, cut up- or use canned
- 3 large onions
- 2-3 red peppers- rough chopped
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 3 tbsp course salt
- 1-2 tsp crushed chili flakes

Spice bag- place in cheesecloth wrap with string
- 2 cinnamon sticks - broken up
- 1 tbsp - whole cloves
- 1 tbsp - whole allspice
- 1 tsp - whole mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
- cook all sauce ingredients in stock pot, or Dutch oven for 2 - 3 hours, till reduced and thick
- add spice bag for last 1/2 hour, then remove

- place in sterile canning jars
- process in hot water for 10 minutes
