1 Cabbage
1 slice of bacon
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut out core of cabbage. Cut fine as for cole slaw. Cut slice of bacon in pieces. Fry in frying pan. Cut onion fine and cook in bacon fat. Put cabbage in frying pan, salt and about 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Let cook until soft, 5 - 10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. of vinegar. Stir and serve.
