45 pre-baked mini phyllo cup shells (found in freezer) 1-2c bag of Mexican cheese 1 diced tomato 1/4c chopped green pepper 1c chopped red pepper 2/3c black beans (drained) 4 T hot salsa 1/4tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato, green & red peppers, black beans, salsa and chili powder in a bowl. Toss lightly so you don't break the beans. Add mixture to each of the cups and top with cheese. Bake on cookie sheet for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
