3, 8 oz. cream cheese
1, 4 oz. pkg. Bleu cheese
1/2 jar sharp, or very sharp, cheddar cheese
1 T. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped or minced fine
Pecan chips

1. Allow cheese to stand at room temperature until soft.
2. Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon.
3. Place on wax paper and form into a ball.
4. Let harden in refrigerator before rolling in pecan chips.
