2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tbsp canola oil
1/3 c. orange marmalade
3 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 c. seedless red or black grapes, halved
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a wok, cook chicken in oil until done. Add green onions, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, orange marmalade, and ginger. Pour over chicken. Add grapes. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
