1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 stalk finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp shoyu
Dash of salt
1 egg
Wun Tun Pi
Vegetable oil

*May also use shrimp, bamboo shoots, or water chestnuts if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
In saucepan, cook till 1/2 done only. Place 1/2 tsp of mixture in each square of wun tun. Dampen corners of wun tun and fold over forming a triangle. Fold the 2 narrow ends together and press lightly. Fold the center back to hold the filling inside.
Deep fry until light brown. Drain. Serve hot.
