2 lbs chicken, sliced
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp ginger, diced
1 tbsp garlic, diced
1 small onion, sliced thin
1/2 bunch green onions
1 lb white mushroom, sliced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 large green bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
First, prepare chicken by dusting with salt and pepper.

Put 1 tbsp of oil into a hot pan. Saute ginger and garlic, then add onion, green onion, bell pepper, mushrooms; add water and let boil for 3 to 4 minutes.

In another pan, add 1 tbsp of oil, saute chicken until its cooked. When chicken is finished, mix it together with the vegetables; add oyster sauce and bring to boil for 4 to 5 minutes.
