1 Box Spaghetti
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1/2 green pepper chopped
garlic (optional)
1 large can chopped tomatoes
1 small can mushrooms
1 pound Italian sausage sliced in small pieces
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce

Cook spaghetti follow directions on box

Crumble and brown hamburger--salt to taste
Add chopped onion, pepper, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms. Add Italian sausage which has been sliced in small pieces. Add prepared spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, and serve . (On occasion Martha would also add 1 pound Polish sausage to the sauce. This is very rich, but it is very good.)
