Poitrine de poulet (cru)

Pâte:
2 œufs
3/4 tasse de farine
1 pincée de sel
Eau et huile d'arachide

Sauce:
1 bte d'ananas en tranches
1/2 c. à table de Corn Starch
1 pot sauce aux cerises VH

Directions:
Directions:
Couper le poule en cubes

Pâte:
Mélanger tous les ingrédients et mettre assez d'eau pour obtenir une pâte claire (genre pâte à crêpes)

Sauce:
Prendre le jus d'ananas
Faire bouillir en y ajoutant le corn starch et la sauce aux cerises et les ananas.

Poulet:
Enrober les cubes de poulet avec la pâte
Faire cuire dans l'huile à 400º environ 5 minutes

Servir le poulet et la sauce séparément
