1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in cottage cheese. Add eggs on at a time. Blend in vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoons on greased baking sheet. Bake in 350º oven for 12-14 minutes.
