2 square choc
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks, beaten
4 egg whites beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Add choc to milk in double boiler, when choc is melted beat with rotary beater until blended. Combine sugar, flour, and salt and add small amount of choc mixture. Stir until smooth. Return to double boiler and cook until thickened, stir constantly. Remove from boiler, add butter and vanilla, and cool. Add yolks and mix well. Fold in whites. Turn into greased baking dish.

350 - 1 hour in pan of hot water. Serve immediately.
