1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 lb. oleo
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/3 cup coconut
1 cup pecan

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk,sugar,yolks, oleo,and vanilla.. Cook over med heat till thick. Let it sit for 12 minutes. Then remove and put in other coconuts and pecans. Beat till cool and ready to spread.
