1 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of water
1/4 cream of tartar
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, water, and cream of tartar to boil.

Very slowly pour over whites and beat till forms very stiff peaks.

Then add vanilla.
