1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can grated cheddar cheese
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 small onion, diced
1 green onion, diced
1 stick (1/4 pound) margarine
3 eggs
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bell pepper in magarine. Mix cans of corn, eggs,
muffin mix and soup together in casserole dish. Add onion, bell
pepper and cheese. Put large scoops of sour cream on top.
