1 (4-5 LB) BONELESS PORK ROAST
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/4 cup sage
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sage, pepper and salt together and rub roast with mixture
2. Place roast in roasting pan and bake at 325º for 35 min per pound (juices should run clear when pierced with fork)
3. Place on platter, remove strings, slice and serve
