Ingredients:  
1-1/2 cup unsifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp double acting baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and add enough water to make a soft dough, not too runny.
Pat boiled hot dog dry - put hot dogs through stick and dip in dough.
Fry in deep fat until slightly brown.
