3 lbs chicken wings (cut into 3 pieces)
Salt
Garlic
Ajinomoto (if desired)
Eggs
Cornstarch

Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp catsup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Japanese vinegar
3 tbsp shoyu
1/2 cup soup stalk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tips of chicken wings to make soup stock.
With remaining 2 pieces add salt, garlic and ajinomoto - soak for 30 minutes.
Dip into eggs then coat with cornstarch and deep fry.

Mix sauce and bring to a boil. Pour over fried chicken in baking pan and bake at 325º for 30 to 45 minutes turning chicken every 10 minutes, do not cover.
