Directions:
Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Combine all
ingredients except strawberry preserves; mix until well-
blended. Press cheese mixture into a ring-shapped mold
greased with a little mayonnaise or vegetable cooking spray
(Pam). Refrigerate overnight. To unmold: let stand in hot
water 2 to 3 minutes to loose; invert onto a serving platter.
Just before serving, pour strawberry preserves into a small
bowl, and place in the center of the cheese ring. Serve with
assorted crackers.

This is really pretty placed on a tray with a white Doily.
