8 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large can pitted ripe olives, chopped
6-8 stalks green onion, chopped
1 small can whole jalapeno peppers, wash out seeds and chop fine (use 1/2 can to start)
9 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp vinegar
3 tsp garlic salt
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
