Potato Salad Recipe

4 large potatoes
1/2 round onion (fine chop)
1 stick celery (fine chop)
imitation crab meat
1 tsp yellow hot dog mustard
salt and pepper to taste
(may add macaroni if you desire)

Bake potatoes in oven or microwave.
Once potatoes are cooked, peel and cube.
Chop fine - onion and celery.
Cut up the imitation crab meat.
Mix all together and add mayo to keep salad wet.
