1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
20 OZ. CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS (DRAINED)
4 TBSP. FLOUR
1/2 CUP SUGAR (OR EQUAL)
3 TBLSP. PINEAPPLE JUICE
1/4 CUP MARGARINE
1/2 CUP RITZ CRACKERS (CRUSHED)

Directions:
Mix cheese and pineapple--Mix flour and sugar well--add juice--pour over cheese and pineapple--melt margarine, add crackers & put on top of casserole. Bake in a pre-heated 350º oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
