1 Cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar (to roll cookies in)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar in med. bowl until creamy.
Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts. Mix well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls in the palm of your hand. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-14 minutes until golden brown. Roll in confectioners' sugar while warm. Let cool then roll in confectioners' sugar again.
