1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks 1 /2 cup sugar (or less) 3 Tbsp. flour 1 cup grated cheese 1/4 melted butter 14 Ritz crackers 4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Drain pineapple. Mix sugar and flour and add to pineapple juice and pour over pineapple. Add cheese and mix well. Crush crackers and mix with melted ingredients. Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
