3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups chopped peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs, baking powder, nuts and vanilla. Spread in pie plate and shape like crust. Cook in oven at 325° for 30 minutes. Cool crust.

Topping:

Beat 1 cup whipping cream until foamy. Add sugar and beat until peaks form. Fold in peaches and pour in pie crust. Chill before serving.
