3 egg yolks
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together. Add beaten egg yolks. Scald milk and add mixture. Cook until thick. Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle top with coconut. Brown in hot oven.
