½ cup butter, melted 3 eggs
1 ½ cup sugar
5 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 tsp. vinegar
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, corn meal, salt and eggs. Stir in milk, vinegar and vanilla. Stir in melted butter. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 400º for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm.
