1 8oz. package of egg noodles
1/4 c. butter/margarine
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
1 lb. hot dogs, cut up (can substitute ham cubes)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Melt margarine in a medium skillet and cook onion until tender. Add flour ,mustard, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Simmer until thickened. Stir in 1 1/4 c. cheese.
In a greased 3 quart baking dish, toss noodles with hot dogs and sauce. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
