Ingredients:  
1 cup peanut butter
2 sticks soften butter
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 pound confectioners sugar
1 -12 oz. bag chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, butter, graham crackers and sugar together. Spead into a thin cookie sheet.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave and then spread evenly over mixture.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour

I am not sure where I got this recipe but I have had it since 1984. It has always been a favorite of the families, especially Leigh. As much as I like chocolate and peanut butter I cannot remember ever eating one single cookie.
