1 lb. ground turkey (or hamburger)
salt, chopped garlic, chopped onion to taste
2 c. dried pasta (elbow, rotini, spiral, etc.)
1 (16 oz.) can/jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded cheese (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown ground turkey/salt/garlic and onion in large skillet. Pour off fat, then add the spaghetti sauce to meat. Cook until heated through. Put of cooked pasta in 2 qt. casserole dish. Pour of meat/sauce mix on top of that. Mix together in casserole dish. Spread one cup of shredded cheese on top of that. Combine remaining meat/pasta and put as next layer in casserole dish. Cook in microwave (covered) for 4 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and cook 1 more minute.
