1 ¼ c. flour 1 ½ c. milk 1 T. butter, melted 1 egg non-stick cooking spray
Mix all ingredients together. Spray pan. Pour batter into pan (spreading batter in pan so crepe is very thin). Cook until both sides are light golden brown. Before rolling crepe you can spread butter & jelly or any kind of fruit then roll-up and sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top of crepe.
