1, 8 oz. package cream cheese
1, 5 oz. jar Roka Blue cheese
1, 5 oz. jar Old English cheese
1 T. garlic
2 1/2 T. vinegar

Topping:
Chopped nuts
Parsley

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and chill. Roll into a ball then into chopped nuts and parsley.

You can use any chopped nuts you prefer to roll the cheese ball in. I usually buy chopped pecans. Enjoy!
