1 1/2 lb. round steak 2 T. flour seasoned with pepper(about 1/8 t.) 1 medium onion sliced 1 carrot diced 1 small stalk of celery, chopped 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Trim steak and cut into serving pieces. Dredge in flour. Place sliced onion in the bottom of the crock pot. Place steak on top of the onions. Place carrots and celery on top of the steak. Pour tomato sauce over everything. Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours. Do not stir!
