2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
10 T shortening (half butter)
4 squares baking chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Mix buttermilk, eggs, and dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt chocolate and shortening and add to mixture in bowl. Beat together and don't overbeat. Bake in 350º oven 25 minutes. (9 x 13 pan)
