1 3 to 4 lbs Pot Roast
1 small onion chopped
3 cloves Garlic-minced
1 Bay leaf
1 cup black coffee
3 carrots- diced
5 potatoes
2 TBS Oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large Pot heat oil on high. Brown pot roast on sides. Add onion,garlic,bay leaf,cup of coffee,and water until pot is 3/4 full. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and salt & pepper.Cover and simmer until meat is tender. Peal potatoes and carrots. Cut both into small pieces. Add to pot and simmer until done. Cooking time is 3 to 4 hours.
