2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
4-6 Pork chops
Sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the egg and add 1 cup of milk. Mix the dry ingredient with the milk mixture. Knead the dough and then cut to size and work each piece a little. Drop into kettle of water, that is boiling at a soft boil. Boil for twenty minutes. Do not remove cover until dumpling are done.
Serve with Pork Chops that have been cooked in a crock pot 8-10 hours with the sauerkraut.
