Use all fresh vegetables!
1/2 C chopped broccoli
1/2 C chopped Bell pepper
1/2 C chopped green onion
1/2 C chopped mushrooms
1/2 C chopped tomatoes
1/2 C chopped cauliflower
1/2 C shredded carrots
1/2 C shredded red cabbage
2 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
2 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1/2 C sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure vegetables are all finely chopped into tiny pieces, Mix vegetables together in a bowl.. Roll out crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread cheese mixture evenly over baked crust. Sprinkle vegetables on top and press down into cheese. Cut into squares and serve.
