1 lb. ground beef
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3 tomatoes
1 package Doritoes (crushed)
1 16 oz. package cheddar cheese
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 16 oz. can pinto beans
1 head of lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, fry ground beef. While frying, sprinkle beef with dry onion soup mix. Drain grease and allow beef to cool. Next, drain and rinse pinto beans in colanders. Chop or tear lettuce into large bowl and add chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese, pinto beans, and ground beef. Carefully crush Doritoes while still in the bag. Add to salad and mix all ingredients gently with one bottle of Catalina Dressing. Let stand approximately 30 minutes before serving.
