1 cup butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 ¼ cup sifted flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Sift together flour and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture along with vanilla and pecans. Shape into 1” balls (or drop by spoon into 1” balls). Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. While still hot, roll in ¼ cup of powdered sugar. Cool and roll into sugar again.
Yield: 5 dozen.
