Ingredients:  
1/2 C. shortening
3/4 C. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 C. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine shortening, sugar and egg. Add sifted dry ingredients. Chill dough. Roll into lumps the size of walnuts. Roll lumps in mixture of 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 Tbsp. cinnamon. Bake until lightly browned but still soft. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
