1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate morsels melted with 1 tsp of butter

Double Chocolate Frosting
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate morsels, melted with 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp. water
2 cups of 10X powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º F.Grease a 9 in, square baking pan or larger for thinner brownies. Combine sugar and butter. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to dry mixture. Add butter and sugar mixture. Mix well. Add melted chocolate morsels. Beat on medium speed for one minute. Pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost with double chocolate frosting.
Double Chocolate Frosting
Mix all ingredients. Add more powdered sugar if mixture is too thin. Frost brownies in pan. Cut into squares.
Yield: 16 thick brownies or 24 thinner brownies.
