1 small onion chopped
1 clove of garlic, mashed
3 T. butter
4 grated carrots
2 stalks of celery
2 c. chicken stock
1/4 t. white pepper
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. liquid nonfat milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add carrots and celery and cook a few minutes. Add the chicken stock and cook until soft, abiout 20 - 30 minutes. Puree soup in a blender or food processor adding milks and pepper. Return to pot and heat through.
