1 cup grated zucchini
1 t. soda
1 cup sugar
cup shortening
1 egg
2 cup flour
t. salt
1 cup nuts or raisins (optional)
1 t. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
